Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Saute inion and celery. Add frozen mixed vegetables. Add flour and whisk for about 1 minute. 3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, italian seasoning, chili powder, salt, and pepper. 4. Slowly whisk in chicken broth and milk until smooth and creamy. 5. Stir in the cooked chicken. Cook for 3–5 minutes until heated through and the filling thickens. 6. Divide the filling between two small oven-safe ramekins. 7. Cover each with puff pastry and gently press the edges. Cut a small slit on top for steam. 8. Brush with beaten egg. 9. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling. 10.
