I just wouldn’t. IRL body hair isn’t very noticeable unless it’s dark or really thick. If you’re drawing a blonde woman, you likely wouldn’t see her arm hair at all irl so there’s no need to draw it. (Coming from a naturally blonde woman who never shaves her arms)
