For the concrete floor when you are ready they have a concrete floor self leveling paint, most ppl keep it grey but they also have ones you can tint. It’s really inexpensive for the change it makes to a room. We had an old concrete basement in my old house and we did it 2 times over 10 years. It kept it perfect for what you would need. We had a couple GSDs and kept the floor concrete to be able to clean easily and we had French drains so we could hose it down easily. Best of luck.
