Broken pucks are fine.. & lot numbers are completely fabricated and useless. Matching your product to the photographed product on a lab report is honestly the best way to verify! Making sure it LOOKS the same.🩵

To test every lot from every vial shipment would literally leave the company bankrupt lol testing isn’t cheap nor will it ever be if a company tested every lot and and every pep from every lot it would cost 10s of thousands of dollars just for that and we are talking about a small inventory. Packaging could’ve been better but how do they have control over how ups handles it nothing came broken
