200k soldiers is impossible, According to historians even if they emptied every single garrison across its entire global territory it still would not reach 100,000 available troops, let alone 200,000, because of the devastating 26 year war against Persian empire, also they have to leave frontier garrison in the balkan against the bulgars, it's mostly likely they were 40-80k soldiers.
