The timeline is wrong all around. I believe she was outside for hours before he left. 100% believe his new wife was the one who called cvs and 3v. She stayed with the kids and then Patrick made his alibi and then came back and killed the kids….

It’s not good for her if she was on the ground at 5.50. The prosecution’s theory is that Lindsay unalived the children somewhere between 5:23 and 5:33, then made the call at 5:34 while going back upstairs from the basement for the last time. So if Lindsay was already lying injured on the ground by around 5:50, that supports the **prosecution’s timeline… and they have evidence she was not psychotic during that time period (57 bpm, able to call Patrick and have coherent song). But if she didn’t go out the window until closer to 6:00, the defense timeline that she put the phone down, had the psychotic break, went back downstairs, did what she did then jumped… that becomes more plausible. because it leaves open the possibility that she went back downstairs after speaking to Patrick and that’s when the psychotic episodes occured, causing her to unalive the children later

Someone else said that it’s dark by 4:50 there she lives there so she could be there earlier on the ground and the kid saw it but didn’t know the time. Also this would explain the body temperature, but also explain her not doing that to the children because she would’ve been outside and dying for way too long for baby Callen then somebody else pointed out that he was texting somebody from the restaurant maybe it was his neighbor text him saying hey your wife is laying in the backyard in the snow and then that’s why it looks like from what people say allegedly check the camera and that’s why he had no sense of urgency. Somebody else said that they saw the body cam from the police officers. It was on a true crime podcast and he said that Patrick was so nonchalant in the way that he was just kind of walking around. He wasn’t in a state of emergency he wasn’t screaming and crying and everything when the first responders all showed up as well but now it seems that that body cam footage is now locked or erased from the Internet and he didn’t take a video recording of it because it was about six weeks ago he said he watched it and the 911 call was also on there and he said that she did not talk at all. She mumbled she did not say basement like some people are saying she did she didn’t say anything so we have a whole new timeline that is unaccounted for Owen and also the pictures remember on Thursday the guy that did the phone dump for her. He said the last activity on her phone was at 4:01 PM and that there was a picture that was modified but he doesn’t know what it means and everyone else is saying that it’s the snowman picture because that wasn’t actually from that day because if you look at the crime scene footage that’s an evidence of the backyard. The snowman has no head no toque and no scarf so they’re saying that that snowman was from a couple days before and had melted and the toque in the scarf for already off of it because there’s no way in 2 to 3 hours that the snowman would’ve melted and the hat and scarf would’ve been gone so that could be the picture that was modified and that’s what he did. He tried to modify it as in tried to send it from her phone

Stopped saying you only have a 5-8 minute time frame to get the baby's heartbeat back. It took 10 minutes in the fucking ER to get his heart beat back. Let alone the travel time in the ambulance. Any claims that 5 to 8 minutes is the maximum are baseless. She is talking about when brain death starts to occur and it is evident that partial brain death had occurred. Most likely his ligature was not as tight as it needed to be and he had partial blood flow. People have been resuscitated hours after their heart stopped.

Yeah and Patrick could not call 911 due to wi fi (no he called then cause he saw the neighbour could testify he saw her) he was probably pouring water from the hose on her at the time

Have u looked at the new wittness added Shane Sullivan that looks like his father who unfort7ntley passed away I think it’s his son that is the new witness. However, I saw that it was reported but I think you’re the first I’ve seen to actually have footage of this if it is him that is insane that you’ve got footage.

Right! And, didn’t she, allegedly, climb 3 flights of stairs at 5:30? Even if she only had 10 minutes to come up from the basement, go to the kitchen and grab a 🔪, go upstairs, move the bed, ✂️her wrists and her throat & then throw herself out the window, that would take several minutes. So, 5:40ish. Emergency personnel got there at 6:16, by the time they got down to the baby, it would have been 6:18. That’s 28 minutes. 🙄
