I used to be the deputy corner from My county, and I did hundreds of “ride along” with the regular PD… tag light out, tire looks low on air, just touch the painted line is failure to maintain lane… violation just use as PC do you like someone up pull them over, that’s how they pet DUI’s… 99% of the time, they got out, but that one out of 100 got a DUI… it’s a game out there.

I'm sorry officer, (that is outside of their jurisdiction). explain to this citizen what criminal act is turning around in a driveway. please complete that sentence. reasonable articulable fact of what criminal act? reasonable suspicion by itself is not grounds for a stop and interrogate! what criminal act has been committed by this citizen would Grant you the authority to force him to relinquish his Fourth amendment right?
