@zoyabzzz: Fried Rice Recipe👩‍🍳 Ingredients: * Oil – 2 tbsp * Garlic, chopped – 1 tbsp * Green chillies, chopped – 2 * Chicken, cubed/strips – 250 g * Chicken cube – 1 * Salt – ½ tsp * Black pepper – ½ tsp * Chilli flakes – ½ tsp * Soy sauce – 1 tbsp * Vinegar – 1 tbsp * Chilli sauce – 1 tbsp * Capsicum, sliced – ½ cup * Cabbage, sliced – ½ cup * Boiled rice – 3 cups * Cooked eggs – 2 Method: 1. Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and green chillies; sauté briefly. 2. Add chicken and fry until its color changes. 3. Add chicken cube, salt, black pepper and chilli flakes. Cook for 3–4 minutes. 4. Add soy sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce. Cook until the chicken is fully done. 5. Add capsicum and cabbage. Cook briefly—do not overcook the vegetables. 6. Remove the chicken mixture from the pan. 7. In the same pan, add boiled rice. Add the cooked mixture back in and top with more rice. 8. Add cooked eggs, cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes. 9.
