@tfti.bbq: Texas Twinkie Onion Bombs🤣Watch till the END! Had the pleasure of my boy Dan @cookingintheyard making a quick visit last week, and he came through with this crazy idea: a Texas Twinkie, but with ONIONS. 🧅🤣 It may sound weird, but let me tell you… these were AMAZING. Messy AF, but amazing! 😂 This was such a fun cook, so I edited the video to keep that same energy and vibe. Sometimes you just gotta have fun with it! 💪🏽🔥 Would you smash these Texas Twinkie Onion Bombs?! 👀 Ingredients: • Onion • Bacon • Chopped brisket • Cream cheese • Diced jalapeño • Shredded cheddar cheese • Cajun Honey Rub: Spicy Garlicky @tftibbqshop • @blazingstarbbq Original BBQ sauce Instructions: 1. Hollow out an onion 😭 2. Mix, cream cheese, shredded cheese, brisket, jalapeño, Cajun Honey rub then mix and fill onion. 3. Wrap in bacon then season again. 4. Smoked on my @Yoder Smokers YS640 at 350F for 1hr until the onion get soft and filling reaches about 170F. 5. Cover in BBQ sauce the last 15min to tack up. 6. Let cool for 15min before slicing. #texastwinkies #onionbombs #easyrecipeideas
