I’ve been watching you since almost the start of your journey. I just wanted to say that we were on the same boat at the exact same time and I also thought it could not get better. I had the most beautiful thick long hair that was below my hips. It’s been almost two years since my hair growth journey as I dealt with illness and ed that caused my hair loss that made me lose 3/4 of my hair. and I can proudly say that it DOES get better girls!!💓 I isolated myself for over a year at home because I couldn’t bear the thought of people seeing me like this especially bullies, constantly crashing out because I didn’t recognize myself in the mirror and if I went outside, it always ended up with me going home quick or silently crying in the bathrooms❤️🩹 It may still not be as long as it was, but I now have hope and excited for each month passing by🥹💓 Stay strong girls it is easier said than done but most importantly please BELIEVE in yourself IT DOES GET BETTER!❤️

I’m currently going through the same in 2022 mine was super thin then it slowly came back now it’s all falling out again. I hate it. Shower, clump or hair, brush clump of hair- god forbid I run my fingers threw my hair 🥺

I got depressed & exhausted and stopped taking care of myself, had a series of awful things happen that led to so much stress induced hair loss, lost probs over 50% if my hair AGAIN and it’s terrifying how slowly is growing back but we’re staying consistent 😭😭
