Logan Hall is responsible for this. Arkansas has the nation’s highest kill count when it comes to PIT maneuvers. They were recently reprimanded and retrained too. This tactic should have NEVER been used at 130mph around other vehicles.

Had to stop the chase before someone got hurt the chase should have been terminated. That’s when you radio dispatch get a helicopter out or put out an APB on that plate there were several ways to detain the criminal without putting others in danger. Unless this was a murder/rape/kidnapping suspect this shouldn’t have gotten this kind of response. You follow at a safe distance and set up spikes or something but this is 100% on the trooper
