the story quest revealed that there are certain limits to her powers, not by the power irself but by heavenly principles. She is only allowed to use her powers in a specific manner so she has certain weaknesses we just dont know about yet. For example, curse of death wouldnt activate when fighting her because it is not considered a technological advancement to fight her.
