It all feels so healing and refreshing in a way I can’t explain. And also I have a hyperfixation on minimal cozy rooms, warm neutral colors, calm playlists, peaceful cafes, late night studying, quiet friendships, little everyday habits, and overall just soft comforting lifestyles that make everything feel slower, cleaner, and more meaningful. almost everything here is bs: dont put bare ice on your face, it can irritate your skin and break your skin barrier and is also bad if you have unhealed marks like PIE or PIH from acne marks. instead you can do a cold compress on your face or wrap ice on a paper towel. homemade facemasks generally have no clinical evidenve whatsoever for any benefits, in fact the use of oily products in some face masks can cause clogged pores and acne breakouts. you can drink lemon water more regularly but its effects are really overhyped, and frequently drinking the juice of a raw lemon isnt the best for your teeth cuz if citric acid. saltwater has no evidence of clearing your skin, if you want to clear your skin you should use non comedogenic products like a gentle cleanser, moisturiser, a retinoid and sunscreen. vaseline on your eyelashes may cause eye irritation and has no evidence of causing eyelash growth. the other three things not mentioned are fine
