How did this happen and not one single person knew or suspect anything? I’m so damn angry!! Was there any other family,friends or neighbors? This is a sad and disgusting situation!!!! That precious and innocent baby was failed by so many!!! I wonder how long she had to endure this?? I wonder If there were any complaints reported? If so what was done if anything?
