Listen, I know Disney was STUPID to base the story off of a real person with a Very different, and painful story. But this was one of the first movies I ever remember watching and being Obsessed with and all it taught me was that you can choose to respect the planet, you can go against the society that raised you for the betterment of it when a new path presents itself, and that standing up for those things is important. It’s also just a stunning piece of art.
