I see this in rentals all the time in this area. The home was purchased as a home that will be lived in by the owner. That only requires 3% down payment vs a 20% down payment as an investment property. It also keeps property taxes down. Then they rent it out and keep one utility in their name and they ask the tenants to collect mail and another individual collects it a cpl times a month. ITS CALLED MORTGAGE FRAUD !!

would be illegal to put a rental business in an llc and rent property from it, fairly common. Given a high income usually this seems like upper middle class behavior. What woukd be illegal is if they are sponsoring hb1's with that llc some how

Are the businesses legitimate? They have to file taxes and renew licenses ect. I guess it depends on how far down the rabbit hole you wanna go and if you’re willing to move. Odds are you’re gonna find out some real uncomfortable facts.

There is a suspicious new home in a neighborhood that is mostly middle eastern. We walk by this house everyday at different times of the day & The house doesn’t have electricity, no cars parked outside, no window coverings & no furniture inside. I think its a fraudulent address being used for business
