I don’t like receiving emails that say “quick question”. My thought is “according to whom” or “ it doesn’t matter how quick your question is if the answer is not a quick thing for me, especially if you’re not going to actually read the answer and email me three more times”. It’s such a common problem for people to not read emails and just constantly email or call because they just didn’t take the time to read. More often than not, what they want to follow up about is something that is already covered by the email that they clearly did not read. I console myself with the reassurance that I am employed.
