I don't get America's hate for jeans, where I live jeans are the standard for almost everybody, expect people who are expected to wear suits to work, and when you wear a uniform, most of my primary and secondary school teachers wore jeans

I have to pay $5 to wear jeans every week (only on Friday) at my credit union job and the amount of crap I get at work for choosing to wear cute business casual skirts and dresses is crazy “omg why wouldn’t you want jeans”
