this should have been an easy case. Stop paying college, pay child support, mom can use that for college funds. Reallocating the money basically. Mom just wanted her share for herself.

yes she does! She can go get a job the mothers are not always in the right to screw the father's , alot of father's pay for insurance, getting clothes, etc... She has not right to his dad money. She over abusing her authority!!!
