That is the total opposite of my 25 lb cat. It took two days of trying with 2 adults to get it down his throat successfully. Battle wounds for life 😭

pill pockets for cats exist! so helpful my tommy has to take two pills every morning he prefers different flavors every dad bc he a diva but it helps a lot just make sure mango doesn't spit it out

I hope u appreciate how cooperative Mango is compared to many other cats. He’s very special. Word of advice: watch him for a bit afterwards cause cats can hold onto a pill in the back of their throat for up to a minute and then spit it out when u thought it went down.

Good luck with the 2nd & 3rd ones, they catch on quick!!!😉 Wrap him up in a blankie, or get his fav soft squishy food... at least it's not a Sloughi-mix's jaw😅🐶🐈 And hope whatever Mango needs meds for is sorted quick❣️🙏

In the future, see if your vet will liquify the pills. I find it a lot easier to administer the meds in a syringe. Just squirt it down the back of their throat and you’re good. Never threw it back up that way
