Okay so I have to talk about this because I wish someone had told me sooner My hair was falling out so bad. Like every time I got in the shower I was pulling clumps off my hands and watching it go down the drain. I started dreading washing my hair because of it. It was really messing with me more than I let on I tried a bunch of stuff. Different shampoos, scalp oils, you name it. Nothing was really working. I started looking into ingredients that actually have research behind them for hair shedding and kept seeing lustriva come up over and over. That's actually what made me want to try this bc I didn't want another random supplement. I wanted something that actually worked I started mixing a tablespoon into my matcha every morning and just stayed consistent with it. The first thing I noticed was honestly the shower drain. Less hair coming out. That was my sign that something was actually happening Now I'm a few months in and my hair is genuinely thicker and fuller than it's been in a long time. People have been asking me what I'm doing differently No it's not overnight and it's not magic but it actually worked for me and I've been consistent with it longer than anything else I've tried. If your hair has been shedding and nothing is helping, look into what you're taking internally not just what you're putting on your hair
