and to add insult to injury: that specific generation of AC uses something called Primal Armor to reduce incoming damage, the Kojima particles it uses to provide that shield quite literally corrodes the surrounding area. Areas where there is intense AC combat are nigh permanently corrupted due to the high PA use. in VDs final fight you have to fight a bastardized version of this very AC and it's PA is literally corroding your machine for the majority of the fight. The fall of Anatolia is due to PA use in the city limits between Joshua O Brian and the PC, making the whole are uninhabitable Lineark White Glint wouldn't even have to get close to any protag to watch them wither away.
