Coming from a Dutch person, you went to the wrong side of Belgium. Places like Antwerp and Bruges are absolutely beautiful. Antwerp is one of my favourite cities ever

Munich literally one of the best cities in Europe. Best beer, great lakes 15-20 min from Munich, nice parks, etc

Bordeaux has great vibes but you visited the city during the biggest fire of the century and it was not recommended to go out at this time because of bad air quality.

Went to Brussels 5 years ago for a day trip when visiting Luxembourg and it was horrible. Thankfully it was only for 1 day
