For anyone watching, let this be a lesson. Those were pats. That officer needs re trained on proper technique. He needs actual thrusts with the bottom of his palm nice & solid ones.

I was in this situation with my 11 month old several years ago. Back blows not working. Told my wife to call 911 while I kept working on him. We used the Lifevac system and we were able to save him. This works and if you don’t have it as a parent, I highly recommend it to everyone.
