I don’t know whether she did it or not but my own daughter who had PMD (not psychosis or the medications that poor Lindsay had) called me often, weeping in the shower for fear she might hurt her newborn! Fortunately the help she needed was there.

The prosecution has zero care of the impact the evidence in that photo is going to have on the jury. Thank god for the judge having some basic level of empathy and human emotion in taking a moment to pause and preempt the jury of the horrors they’re about to be exposed to
