Theres a fine, delicate balance, also know when to choose ones battles. What people may not realize bout some people is they may have been hushed throughout their life so whenever speaking and standing up, sometimes brought on additional unnecessary difficulties and sometimes improvements when communicate respectfully, humbly, compassionately with not trying to lose connections and not always having to be right
