Gojo probably believed it was a normal dismantle especially since Sukuna used a binding vow to remove conditions on it and probably let himself take it. I mostly agree with everything in this video however if Gojo dodges the WCS he is definitely still folding Sukuna even in his Heian form

Makes a lot of sense🙌🙌. But I feel like him dropping his guard was a plot move. Though he was an overconfident person, if you’ve dropped your guard in two prior situations(toji and kenjaku) it would be a wake-up call to not let your guard down against anyone else. Like in the real world if you’ve make a mistake (especially if it has severe consequences) twice, you would learn from them, though I do also understand that people don’t just overcome their flaws, but in this anime it would be expected as people use things like binding vows to make up for weaknesses. So I think that using ‘overconfidence’ as a persistent flaw and reason for Gojo losing was more of just a plot choice due to him being too strong. Though this is just my opinion and what you said is plausible🙌!

Sukuna would have lost if he didn’t land that slash. His real form only heals him externally, he was still on burnout, couldn’t use rct and couldn’t use his domain either. On the other hand, Gojo was surging since he just hit black flashes. He’d have easily killed Sukuna even if he transformed.

Naw Sukuna battle IQ different ngl he had Gojo so focused on maho adapting to his infinity, whole time Sukuna was the one adapting. I mean if he actually took shi seriously after Toji almost killed him he probably would’ve stood a better chance my guard woulda been up the rest of my life if i knew infinity isn’t always gonna save me
