@offenceregister: Thirty-three-year-old Ryan Shead was jailed for twenty months in August 2026 after using a mobile phone to film under women's clothing in Liverpool city centre. Shead targeted female patrons inside a licensed venue on Wood Street in the early hours of sixteenth July. Venue security staff witnessed him using his phone to record women without their consent and immediately flagged down passing police officers. Merseyside Police launched an instant response and placed Shead under arrest at the scene. Detectives conducted thorough enquiries and examined his mobile device. The investigating team worked methodically alongside specialized officers to review the recorded media and confirmed that his conduct directly breached an active Sexual Harm Prevention Order. Specialized analysts prepared evidence detailing his repeat offending and order violations. This thorough police work ensured that Shead faced formal prosecution on three counts of recording images under clothing without consent and one count of order breach. Following proceedings at Liverpool Crown Court, Shead was sentenced for his crimes. The presiding judge handed down a twenty-month prison sentence to ensure he faced justice. #RyanShead #childprotection #offender #protectourkids #domesticabuse
