I really hope I’m wrong, but I can’t stop wondering if that little girl was being abused, especially because of the trips he reportedly took her on. As a survivor, certain details immediately raised that fear for me. And the rush to cremate the children leaves me with even more questions. I genuinely hope there’s an innocent explanation, because the alternative is horrifying.

Hey so I just looked this up. I decided to look up the address on Zillow. Found it of course. Scrolled down to the section of where is shows when the house was sold. The last price shown was half a mil in 2018. Hmmm. Ok why wasn’t it listed as sold to this guy after 2023? I saw it was a nonlisted sale or whatever so I googled if it was a private sale, is the price public? My Google search said only if it’s a disclosure state. I asked if Mass. was a disclosure state. It is which means the last sold price is available to the public and included on sites like Zillow or Redfin and such. So I asked “and if the price is not listed on a public site what does that mean?” Google said one of 4 reasons- it was transferred, there is a delay in processing, it was a private cash deal (completely off market) or for privacy protection and goes on to say for the 4th that law enforcement officers, judges, high-ranking government officials, or victims of domestic violence can request to have their names and property details hidden from public-facing municipal databases for personal safety. Clearly the name isn’t hidden if people found out he owns it. But interesting either way. 🤷🏻♀️
