![Lettuce hit our protein goals easily!!🥬✨ [~139 cals 21g protein] - Find my cookbooks in my bio 👀💖 This is my high protein, lower calorie take on @lifewithlos7 recipe!✨ - Per taco: (“Tortilla”) ✰ 3/4 cup fat free mozzarella ✰ 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan ✰ 3 oz chicken breast - seasoning: garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper [~139 cals 21g protein] Ceasar Salad: ✰ romaine lettuce ✰ Caesar salad dressing: 1/3 cup (80g) Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp (30mL) lemon juice, 2 tsp (6g) garlic powder, 1 tsp (10g) oregano, 1 tbsp (15g) Parmesan, salt, and pepper) ✰ optional Parmesan for topping 1. Preheat oven to 400F. 2. Preheat pan to high. 3. Season chicken and cook on pan until internal temp is 165F. 4. Rinse and dry cheese and sprinkle over pan in a circle shape then add chicken and a bit more cheese and Italian seasoning on top. 5. Bake cheese for about 20-25 minutes or until cheese becomes golden and hardens. 6. Combine dressing ingredient, add to lettuce and combine. 7. Once cheese cools, add lettuce to “tortilla” and enjoy !
