@derniceinmotion: The honest reality is that I will be taking medication for the rest of my life. Parkinson’s is progressive, and while medication helps me manage the symptoms, it cannot stop the disease. I don’t know exactly what the future will look like, so for now, I’m choosing to live fully in the body I have today.
