I once had a potential job call me to offer an interview like 4mos after I’d applied and they wanted me to come in “right now” for an interview. 😐 When I told them I wasn’t able to be there that day (I wasn’t even in the same county, I was out and about on a little day trip), the man on the phone said ok and hung up on me. 😳 I called back and asked if we could reschedule the interview, got the interview, went to it, got offered the job, and then told them “honestly, I’m going to have to pass. Based on the way I was expected to drop everything and appear with no notice, I feel like management is unorganized and reactionary instead of proactive, and that’s just not going to be a good fit for me at this time.” Babyyyyy, you could’ve cooked an egg on that man’s head the way he was HOT. 😂🤣

These jobs online apps the reason I even have that call feature on. Didn’t hire me, then sold my data and now random temp agencies keep calling and texting me 😒

Fr 💪🏾. I literally applied to a job , and the GM called me back. Not leaving a voicemail whatsoever, so I texted back and asked “Who’s this?” Without a response so I called back and she told me that was unprofessional… smh

They’d rather pay you to work an extra shift but then complain about budget instead of sucking it up and working it themselves to save budget (salary v hourly) but then cry about there’s no room in the budget for raises aka raises for hourly = less bonus for salary
