if i didnt buy a $5 coffee everyday and instead saved that money for a down payment on a house... in 19 years I could have a down-payment IF and only IF the cost of housing doesnt go up in that 19 years it took me to save... I'll get a large vanilla latte please 🙂🙃

i really look up to you. I just recentlyfiled for bankruptcy because of the amount of that I racked up over the last five years, purely due to un/misdiagnosed mental health issues and meds that made me super maniac and impulsive specifically with money. I’m curious, I guess about your thoughts on it because since filing I feel almost ashamed of myself and like i failed not being able to pay off the debt on my own 😔 and embarrassed that I racked up so much debt.
