Take a screw driver or something similar and poke a hole in the bottom of the filter to drain it

easy trick i just poke a hole in the bottom of the old oil filters on diesels and let them drain

Grayce, if you have room try punching a hole in the bottom of the oil filter and draining it into a bucket next time! That’s what I do on our trucks, it’s a game changer!!
