1st daughter expected to do all these so any achievements is nothing to them! I can’t believe they haven’t even thought of buying me a cake when I graduated with 1st in Maths + job lined up. Especially we came to this country when I was 16 knowing no English struggled so much in gcse and alevel 🥲

my mother forgot I graduated college but threw my sister a whole party invited friends and family, she took 4 years to graduate a 2 year course and failed her English and Math like 4 times by the time she graduated I was going in to 2nd Yr uni she is a year older than me

my mum favoured the middle child, a son, at first cause he played life by the book but he's a prick after getting a decent life and my mum favours me now (youngest and only girl) for appreciating the life she gave us, helping her when she grieves, actually looking after her and no problem taking on the bills

My parents must never have got the memo as everyone else had. My parents had a favorite it was my middle brother and against popular belief he was social and confident.
