I signed mine up as an emotional support animal ( my girl giant schnauzer ) and service animal ( my boy giant schnauzer who is VERY trained so he was able to be a service animal ). it's just a one time fee & can be renewed :)

Just talked to psychiatrist and have them write you a letter so that the pet you have is an emotional support pet and they can’t charge you for anything and you can take it anywhere with you

We’ve seen listings in LA with $500 deposits w $50 monthly fees PER DOG and $35 PER CAT.. states gotta remove this fee that’s why there’s so much animals in the streets and just multiplying

Unfortunately for my mental wellbeing my Frenchie is coming with me. I’m not having children and he is my “child” the only reason I am not a complete shut in, I would never leave my apartment if it weren’t for him.

I’ve never paid pet rent and I’ve lived in 4 different apartments. Idk how I got out of it for so long. I also never hid my pets.
