Depending on the material of your shorts it can interfere with the xray why they didn’t offer a gown probably just a time thing or they thought it was not needed

I got all my major joints x-rayed recently cause EDS. I was asked to remove my pants but I was given a gown. I was so worried I would fart while the tech was adjusting my legs
