Well I feel like I’m doing alllll the things. I’m on HRT, I work out with weights, am walking always moving. Watching my sugar and still nothing is helping 🫤😔

Just found out I have rheumatoid arthritis and my joints hurt so much everywhere,I'm scared to eat food these days, trying to stay away from gluten to see if that's my main problem.

Perimenopause is so weird because why did I literally wake up one day and start having random aches and joint pain everywhere? 😭 One day it’s my fingers, then my knee, then my toes… and every day it seems to be a different spot. Like, can my body please pick a struggle? 😂

I have rheumatoid arthritis and all my joints are affected and it rotates so this is not going to work in my situation.

I didn't know I was in perimenopause until I was in full blown menopause. i was referred to a specialist for shoulder pain and he said surgery. I didn't. now years later and a hrt regime, I realize it was frozen shoulder. what a jackass

Looking forward to part three. So many docs, not many answers other than, “your levels are all great!” They’re trying to push HRT on me and I don’t want to have to take meds unless it’s really necessary 😩
