Ha I dealt with an AI that actually resulted in a very favorable outcome for me. My A/C went out and I emailed an HVAC repair company. Dane replied to my email. He was very professional and kind. I told him my issue and we scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out. and then Dane emailed this line. "Our technician will perform a full inspection and provide clear options with upfront pricing. There is no service fee for this visit." So the technician comes out the next day and tells me the motor has gone out and then quotes me a ridiculous price of $1200 all in to get the motor replaced. That seemed extremely pricey so I declined. He goes ok, well then it'll just be $100 for the service fee and I said wait a minute. I have an email from Dane saying there would be no service fee. And it turns out Dane was the company's handy AI receptionist. So good old Dane saved me 100 dollars. Thanks Dane
