Sometimes, it gives you signs days, weeks, or even months before a major heart or brain event. The problem is that many people ignore these signs or blame them on stress, tiredness, age, or something else. ❤️ 1. Unusual fatigue Not ordinary tiredness. Deep, unexplained fatigue, especially when simple activities like walking or climbing stairs suddenly become difficult, can be a warning sign of a heart problem. ❤️ 2. Chest discomfort and unusual pain Chest discomfort may not always feel like severe pain. It can be pressure, tightness or heaviness that comes and goes, especially during activity and improves with rest. Pain or discomfort may also be felt in the jaw, shoulder, back or arm because heart pain can be felt in other parts of the body. ❤️ 3.
