@bakesbyliv: Pumpkin cinnamon rolls since Fall is just around the corner 🍂🍁 RECIPE: Mix together 4 cups AP flour, 5 tsp instant dry yeast, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice, and 1 tsp salt. Next, mixrowave 1 cup milk with 6 tbsp of cubed butter for 50 second. Add this and 1 egg, knead until smooth. Rest for 10-15 minute in a warm area. Once proofed, roll out into a rectangle then spread out a mixture of: 4 tbsp softened butter, 1/4 cup pumpkin, 2/3 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp pumpkin spice. roll up the rectangle and then cut the log into 12 slices. Add to a greased ramekin and proof for 1 - 1.5 hours in a warm place and covered with a towel. Bake for 25 minutes at 350f.
