Have you ever tried sulfur8? My daughter also has psoriasis and used to get bald patches. We do sulfur8 shampoo, and put the scalp conditioner on like hair grease after we blow dry her because her scalp cannot stay wet. It’s helped so much. Can’t recommend it enough.

As someone who went through psoriasis on her scalp, not as severely as you, I was lucky that mine was towards the back of my head on the knee of my neck. I lost a lot of hair too when I was very concerned that it wouldn’t come back, but I did and I swear it gets better. I remember the day that I finally realized that my hair growth caught up with my natural length I cried in the salon. Keep going beautiful it’ll be okay.

As a man and someone who went through something similar, I sympathize with you. I grew my hair to the longest length I had since high school just to cover up the patches. I felt so embarrassed and wore hats every chance I got. Mine was stress related and when away with dermatology appointments but I still remember how I felt. Stay strong and know that you’re not alone.

Yay!!! It's coming back in!!! I'm so happy for you. I get little half dollar spots. No where near what you experience but I kind of understand how stressful this all can be. I shaved my head 2 yrs ago. I bet you'd look fabulous with a buzz cut!!
