Coming from someone who was on the opposite end, visits were great but also sucked just as much. Seeing your partner or family every now and then but not being able to go home with them 😞 that walk back to my cell always hurt. But it did serve as a great reminder that I had people who cared for me who eagerly waited my release. 🙏🏽
