@jess_stancil: If God has you separated right now, it’s for a reason God is not separating you because it’s easy God is not separating you because it’s what you want God is also not separating you to punish you The truth is, God is separating you bc that’s what HE needs in order to do what’s best for you There is purpose to this season He has you in If God has you separated, it’s simply that He needs to do work in both of you apart from each other God separates people when the work He needs to do in each of them would be more effective having them separate rather than together The same goes for the other way… God brings two people together when the work He needs to do in them would be more effective having them together rather than separate So how do you navigate this period of separation? Detach & give it up to God As someone who just recently walked through this, I know that is wayyyy easier said than done So how do you actually surrender the relationship? Focus on fully God & what He’s doing in YOUR life outside of the relationship If God doesn’t have you in our relationship right now, that’s because he wants you focused on other things God is always guiding us to the things He has for us — it might just not be in the order or at the time we want He guides us one step, one instruction, or as I like to say, one assignment at a time When you start focusing on the things God IS asking you to focus on, assignment by assignment, He naturally guides you to the relationship & everything else He has for you If you want support getting clear on the current assignment God has given you for your life & to learn how to be guided by God in this way to everything He has for you, you know where to find the link 🤍
