I rarely find any raw carnivore food unpleasant to eat, but one I’m not so keen on is raw beef lungs. It’s not because they have a bad taste or texture; this organ doesn't have any weird, strong taste; instead, it’s almost tasteless, and its consistency is exactly like a marshmallow. Instead, it’s because of the alveolar pores that are a natural part of the lungs, which are round, rough holes that a lot of people think are actually holes from parasites burrowing through the lungs, or scar tissue, or some other bad thing. And if there are quite a few of them on a piece of lung, I swallow the holes, literally, it feels like I have just swallowed toenails, which is obviously not nice.
