So I have this correctly: no processed foods, sugar, alcohol or dairy for 10-14 days, take a binder while drinking the tea, take a probiotic after drinking the tea, along with aloe Vera juice?? and the parasites can come out anywhere and anytime?? Is that everything?? lol

How many times a day do you drink the tea? How much tea a day? Cup to ounces? When taking the binder, do you take it at the end of the night before bed? Or do you take it right after drinking the tea? Where do you buy your binder? Also can you list the name brand of the binder? When it comes to the probiotic. What probiotic do you recommend, name brand? Also do you take the probiotic daily until you start the next cleanse?
