@sheydavadipour: Replying to @laurie_lzn Yes believe it or not even if you’re acne-prone, your normal human body and skin should be able to tolerate dairy🥲 and if cutting out dairy was the magic acne cure, then why do so many people (myself included, once upon a time) still break out after giving it up for months… or even years?😅😅 This isn’t to say what you eat doesn’t matter, or that dairy can’t worsen acne for some.. but even when removing it helps, dairy is rarely the root cause. It’s often just the trigger that highlights a deeper imbalance. Here’s how: 1. Address your gut health. Acne and dairy “sensitivity” often start with an imbalanced gut, not the dairy itself. And this goes for any food you might be reactive too. Support digestion, microbiome balance, and gut lining first - why I do a GI-MAP for every one of my acne clients right off the bat🦠 2. Address your food fear. Plain and simple, constant stress around eating certain foods can itself drive inflammation and cause acne in itself. 3. Focus on quality. Choose grass-fed, organic, A2, sheep, goat dairy when possible. Quality dairy is rich in nutrients that can actually support skin health when tolerated!! 4. Balance your blood sugar. Dairy is insulinogenic, so pair it with protein, fiber, and healthy fats to avoid spikes that can worsen acne! The goal isn’t to avoid food forever, it’s to strengthen your system so you can enjoy it. This is how you move from fear-based healing → empowered healing. And remember: if your gut is imbalanced, even the cleanest diet can cause inflammation. ANDDDDD most importantly..your acne isn’t caused by one food. It’s your body communicating that something deeper needs support!! #acne #hormonalacne #acnetips #acnehelp #healingacne
