Then the Dr orders blood work and the person at the desk tells you that you better call and check with the insurance company to see if they approve the blood work. Lest you get a bill for thousands of dollars.

I called an economic guest slavery. System were a few big companies control everything they know how much you make and they adjust their prices accordingly to make sure that they get all your money.
