As a cis woman I will stand and fight for my transgender sisters till the day I fucking die because I know from the bottom of my heart that we are all women because we CHOOSE to be. I am not a woman because of my anatomy, I was just lucky enough to be born in a body that aligns with my gender. People who were not born with that privilege deserve just as much respect and validation. PROTECT THE DOLLS, they are some of the most vulnerable women among us and we should never turn our backs on women in need. 🫶

Two things can be true at once. This could have been a deliberate conservative attempt to divide women on the left and the podcast clip was problematic / there were valid concerns raised worthy of discussion. The issue is platforms like TikTok don’t reward nuanced takes bc too many folks are unwilling or unable to absorb them.
