Always how the housing market has been….my first home built in 1986 originally sold for 30k when i bought it in 2004 i bought it for 120k, i lived there for over 15 years sold it for 300k. Thats how the market and equity works….

bought my home for $500k 7 years ago, put $230k down payment sold it 5 months ago for $800k. all my equity took that paid cash for a $500k condo and no house payment. it's called money smart investment and a plan. this process isn't new come on.
